I bought this mask to help with my dry eye. The Dr. told me to use a warm wash rag on my eyes but it just didn't stay warm long enough. I use it on low most of the time and med sometimes but the high is just to hot for my eyes. Very comfortable the fabric is soft and I like that you can remove the inside to wash the cover. It is also very relaxing

I originally used a glass bead product that needed to be heated in a microwave. It was too hot at first and needed to cool down. Then it could be used for only a few minutes before it was too cool. This product uses a USB power source (I use a battery for portability). You can adjust the heat level and ise it for as long as you want. Problem solved. Oh, and did I say it works for dry eye?

I highly recommend this product as it had help fo my meibolian gland condition.

I've ordered and returned so many eye masks, but will keep this one. It is comfortable, and gets hot enough-two features that failed on the other masks I've tried. This mask is flat, not formed, which is more comfortable for me. The strap is thinner so can be adjusted easily.

It worked well for a month and then it would act erraticly (heat would go up and down of it's own accord. I just rcvd a replacement am and anxious to use it.

Wholly as advertised! The mask is easy to use, well constructed and settings are readily changed. As with other owners, I find the High setting too hot. Though my head is of medium size, I also learned to expand the head band to its furthest extreme to avoid pressure on the eyes.

CRAP Like all the others I have been trying out, It does not heat up enough to become useful. Seems like they are all the same. Cheapened. This one fit wrong. It is painful. Only heats up a little bit.
