GEEKOM Gaming XT12 Pro Mini PC,Intel i9-12900H,32GB RAM & 1TB SSD

Purchased this GEEKOM XT12 to try to regain some desktop space as well as speed and computing power over an old tower desktop. I have not been disappointed! It starts up super fast, has the computing and graphics power to run my engineering and CAD software with no problems - a nice improvement in speed! Some reviewers not fan noise or heat issues, but I haven't seen any of that - it runs quiet and cool! AND ITS SO TINY!!! Saves a ton of deskspace. VERY happy with it.

I bought this mini PC more than 4 months ago and its doing really well. Still very quiet. Boot up is very fast. I love how small it is, not taking up much space on my very full desk. Ive never noticed it getting too hot and I live in desert climate. Its a really great value, saving a lot compared to full sized desktop towers and still packs a punch!

I don't normally leave reviews but this has been a review worthy experience. Save you money, get a real PC. For the first 30 days it worked perfectly, it wasn't over heating I had no trouble with setting it up. However, day 31 I'm sitting there working and after two hours something sparks and the device is bricked. Customer support has been non existent. The device has a three year warranty which would be amazing if there were a clear path forward, its all gated behind a customer service department that doesn't respond to requests for support. Unless you want a very expensive paper weight, save yourself the headache.

I bought the Geekom XT12 Pro and the little system was great, but it kept shutting off after various times. I emailed Geekom and they very promptly made suggestions for fixing the problem. However none of the solutions worked. So they suggested sending me a new CPU. I sent the old CPU with a prepaid label to them on Monday, and the replacement arrived Wednesday, by USPS. Wow! Was I impressed with the great help and amazing service. The replacement is working perfectly, and Geekom has made a new supporter.

This little pc is great. Does a good job,use it upstairs for nights when I have.to work late. Doenst take up much room on my desk in the bedroom. Would have given 5 stars, except for the fact that adding 2nd drive is sata not nvm.

Geekom XT12 Pro arrived nicely packaged and was easy to hook up to my audio interface, LAN, wifi printer and USB keyboard and mouse. Aged 79, but I still found it straightforward to get installed to my MS account and MS 365 subscription. It updated for quite a while, not unexpected now that WIn11 is getting "mature." Getting all of 3 email accounts sync'd with Outlook was mildly troublesome but finally achieved by Day 2 almost as if the XT12 did it by itself. The little box is silent most of the time but when working hard there is a very quiet whispery fan which does the job. Very happy at this point.

A great computer in a small package. I like it so much better than a full size desktop. It works great for the office and home. I wouldn't recommend it for gaming, but everything else I'd highly recommend it for.

After just 4 months of usage, a visible and audible spark jumped from the power connector to PC Case. Now the PC will not turn on. I've check the voltage at the Power Supply connector and it's 19.2 VDC, as specified. Please let me know where I can get this repaired, locally and expeditiously. If not, I expect a certified replacement; which will cost me weeks of reloading applications and programs, to my dismay. Addendum 2-3-25: They've offered me a Full Refund and promised to review their design - this was quickly done, considering the time frame, good service response. Thus I've improved my rating.

Ich habe lange überlegt, ob jetzt 150 oder 600€ investieren soll. Es wurden dann tatsächlich über 600 und ich habe es nicht bereut. Ich wusste auch, dass das Gerät klein ist, aber ich war dann doch etwas überrascht über die Grösse (siehe Bild). Der neue Mac-Mini wirkt eher gross im Vergleich. Mit der Leistung bin ich sehr zufrieden, der ist blitzschnell, schafft auch anspruchsvolle Multimedia Anwendungen in äusserst Ansprechendem Tempo - siehe den Passmark-Screenshot. Es stellt sich auch immer die Frage nach der Geräuschkulisse. Geekom hat sich da viel überlegt. Meist ist er überhaupt nicht hörbar, wenn es dann mal wirklich zur Sache geht, hört man ein absolut akzeptables Rauschen, mehr nicht. Die Anschlüsse hinten waren mir wichtig. Zweimal USB-C, inklusive alles und Bildschirm, zwei USB-A und zwei HDMI-Anschlüsse lassen keine Wünsche offen. Das Tüpfelchen auf dem I wäre der Kopfhörer hinten gewesen, aber ich will jetzt nicht pingelig sein. Geekom macht es einem auch nicht schwer, wenn man das Gerät öffnen und RAM oder ssd tauschen möchte. Vier grosse, gut erreichbare Kreuzschlitz-Schrauben am Boden sind eine optimale Lösung. Zum Gehäuse: Es gibt da welche mit Plastik-Gehäuse. der hier hat ein 2 mm dickes Alu-Gehäuse. Macht einen sehr wertigen Eindruck und hilft ungemein bei der Kühlung. Sehr empfehlenswert. PS: passt auf, wenn ihr den aktuell kauft. Windows macht viele Updates, wovon zwei Stück scheinbar hängen bleiben. Das verhindert, dass er sich korrekt ausschaltet, bis die Updates beendet sind - man muss ihn abwürgen. Gebt ihm reichtlich Zeit, bis er die Updates eingespielt hat. Dann haut das hin. Ich habe übrigens noch selten einen derart guten Internet-Auftritt gesehen, wie der von Geekom: Alles klar gegliedert zum Download für die entsprechenden Modelle, sogar ein Windows Image der aktuellsten Version ist da.

Very easy to setup, I run some large Video/Photo Corel software and drafting 2d/3d (Progecad) products, high resolution monitors and Microsoft office. I am impressed, I think I will add the 32 gb of ram. This is the second mini I purchased from Amazon. both have done what's required of them. I do have 4Tb portable drive connected to it for storage. Right now, all's cool.
