What can I do to ensure an even character count? Thanks!

Unfortunately, you cannot ensure an even character count. They come in a pre-packed box and all characters are random. I ended up going out and looking for additional characters (this meant driving 3 hours away to a party type store!) to make it even. I do know that the PEZ store online sells these, too, and if you are lacking or need certain characters you can try them out! Good luck!!

does it come with the candy or is that sold seperately?

For december 2022, is those including my melody and keroppi?

Mine did not. Mine were mostly duplicates. There were 2 different Hello Kitty designs, a unicorn, and a puppy. Very disappointing
