Great stuff, I use it pre run. I’m 77 years old and ran a 4:48:53 Grandmas marathon in 2023 using the Energy Powder and electrolytes. It’s a little messy to mix but worth it. Once you get used to mixing it you dont even think about it. I’ve used a lot of different energy sources in 50 years of running, this seems to work the best for me. Good running😎

I'm actually surprised by how well this product works. I recommend the no-flavor one. It's not bad tasting, and I think it's a cleaner product than the flavored. When I've used the flavored I'd get a slight sugar rush.

Previously any effort longer than an hour or so left me feeling nauseous and generally bad. Found this based on some ultrarunning youtube influencer (can't remember which). Filled up two 16oz bottles with water and a packet of this each and used that as my water source on the trail (running). Energy levels were great, stomach felt fine (always a bit touchy for me). Mixed in some gels and other snacks (4+hr run) but felt pretty good all things considered. Body was in pain but I think I have the nutrition down. This has carbs, electrolytes and water so it's pretty simple, has most everything you need all in one. Tastes like orange sorbet? it's ok - probably wouldn't eat it just daily - but it's fine on the run.

I have been using various nutrition for endurance sports for the last 30 years. Currently training for Ironman. THIS WAS THE WORST DIGESTIVE EXPERIENCE EVER of all the products I have tried. Tailwinds, Hammer, Gatorade etc....First the sweet taste is OVERKILL AND MAKES YOU WANT TO DRINK WATER THE ENTIRE WORKOUT . They put waaayyy to much sweetener (Stevia) in it and thye should have known better!. Cramping after 20 min of ingesting and then later that evening,GAS OF THE CHARTS. There are better products to get you through what ever your training for!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I like the individual packets that I can take with me on the go. Also, this product is great because it has less sodium than many other energy drinks and very low in sugar. I have also tried the orange flavor but this is my favorite.

It's good but costs way too much

I am someone who works out regularly and I rely on various supplements to help me with my fitness goals.A good pre-workout is something that I have to take or else my workouts are terrible.I have tried countless brands over the years, but continue to search for one that would be my go-to product.So, when I came across this, it sounded like something worth a try that may fit my needs so I went ahead and placed in order for it.After it arrived, I started taking it right away.Overall, it is a pretty good pre-workout, but at a premium.For the amount of servings which is about two dollars per serving, it is definitely on the high end for a pre-workout.it is also very thick and tastes OK, but I definitely have to add a lot more water than suggested.The flavor is probably right in line with what you expect from a pre-workout.I do like the fact that they are individually packaged because it makes it easier to take it on the go.So overall, I think this is a pretty good product to try.It gives me a slight boost, but unfortunately, not as strong as others that I have tried.But since I have been using pre-workouts for so long, it may not have as big of effect on me that it may have on you.So if the price point doesn’t concern you, I suggest giving this a try.It also has quality ingredients which can somewhat justify the price point.I hope my review helps you to make a more well informed decision.
