Soy Jefa de Departamento en unos Grandes Almacenes en Madrid... mi jornada laboral de +-8horas DE PIE TODOS LOS DIAS, me provocó Fascitis Plantar, además de dolores y calambres horribles en las piernas y pies diariamente (andaba como "Chiquito")... y estas plantillas han hecho q desaparezca mi insoportable dolor en los talones provocado por la fascitis, además de notar q las piernas no se me cargan... DE VERDAD INCREÍBLE....Yo tengo un arco plantar MUUUUUY pronunciado. Para poder usar las plantillas se necesita 1 o 2 números más de talla de zapato y DEFORMAN el zapato, ya q en laplantilla la zona del arroces muy ancha y pronunciada y al menos en calzado de mujer, no hay horma tan ancha. Aún así, da igual ES LO MEJOR Q HE USADO. además corrige la pisada, los primeros días notas una molestia considerable en la cadera y los "crocantes"... cuando he usado algún zapato antiguo sin la plantilla, me he dado cuenta de cómo alinea las caderas y seguramente la espalda...
