For a relative suffering from on & off nail issue. Taken per directions, maybe 90 days in the nails were clearing up. Silica was lacking in his system. Today, the nails are completely clear. This silica is excellent. Started using myself. RECOMMEND.

I had been taking this supplement for over a year without paying much attention to what it did. I just knew that silica was good for your body, especially as you age. I’m in my late thirties. Well, months ago I decided to cut costs on supplements, so I cut this one out. A few months later I noticed that my nails were getting more brittle, my hair wasn’t growing as fast or as thick, my skin was looking more “aged”, and my bowels weren’t as “smooth” - for lack of a better phrase. I couldn’t figure it out. Eventually about 5 months later, it hit me. I had stopped taking silica! I did a quick google search of the benefits of silica and it all made since. I immediately put in an order. It’s been about a month since I’ve been taking it again. My nails have stopped breaking so easily, my skin is looking better, my bowels are back to normal, and my hair looks a little thicker at the roots. Sometimes you don’t realize how beneficial a supplement is until you stop taking it. Lesson learned! I won’t be without again!

Good product

I saw great results with my nails after a month of taking this supplement! My lashes have started showing tons of new growth, even my lash extension girl asked if I have been using a serum because I had a ton of new baby lashes! This is a great product if you are trying out Silica for the first time because the price is great and you aren't committing to a huge bottle you might not want to finish (Even thought you will). It's super easy to take and it is practically tasteless and I like the taste it has either way. I put it with a small glass of water or flavored water in the morning and boom all done! I am a firm believer in liquid supplements as I think they absorb much better in your system than pills. Now that I am loving the liquid silica I did switch to taking Living SIlica because the bottle is bigger. If this brand offered a larger bottle I would stick with it because it's just as good! If you have been struggling with your hair/skin/nails this is a great thing to try and it is harmless so why not. I also have started to get results with my dry brittle hair, it actually gets greasy now which is a good thing for me! I have baby hairs that are finally growing out for the first time in my life :)

The first time I ordered this was May 2020, I have used about four bottles so far. My hair was falling out, it was getting thin on top, and this was making me self conscious, even though I just turned 80 I wanted to keep my hair. I have had compliments and was told my hair was getting thicker. I knew my nails were a lot better, I was waiting for some one else to mention my hair. I just use 1 teaspoon in a glass of water once per day, no taste, I take it in the AM, no side effects. I am taking a medicine an will always have to take it, the side effect was hair loss. To have my hair loss stopped is unusual. Some one younger might have even better results with this, just sayin. It is worth a try. Geri N

Refrigerate After Opening!! I didn’t read the fine print, I didn’t know this needed to be refrigerated. I cant comment on effectiveness because I’ve only been taking it for a week, however if you fail to refrigerate it, the liquid changes color and scent, possibly because of bacteria growth? Don’t be me and fail to read the fine print, refrigerate after you open it.

My nails are much stronger. Hopefully my hair will benefit also.
