Hard working cleaner
It really cleans well and has a good reach too. Able to navigate our odd shaped pool and even cleans the sides though it is quite random in how it goes about cleaning. Itโs easy to wash the filters and operate the machine. Highly recommended.

Great robot, easy to clean and does a great job.
Best robot I've had so far. I've had two others the same type and they lasted about 10-12 years each. This one is a lot better in performance. All robots do a decent job on the floor and sloped sides of a pool. When it comes to the vertical sides and the waterline, that's where you separate the men from the boys. The Dolphin climbs the walls better than the others but then it does something I've never seen in another robot. It turns sideways and runs along the waterline. Sometimes few a few feet and sometimes for 10-15 feet and even turns around the 90 degree corners. The one fault it has on my pool is that it gets stuck on the main drains. I was going to return it but then I found a solution from Polaris. They make a cover for the main drains that allows the robot to glide over the smoothly and still have the drain workin. They weren't cheap but they work perfectly so far. With the cost of the robot and the two drain covers it was still hundreds cheaper then my last robot One additional feature that I really like is that it doesn't allow debris to flow back into your pool when you remove it for cleaning. Great feature. Can't sp-eak about reliability as I've only had it for two months.

Should have bought this sooner!!
Loved the Dolphin and bought and use the wifi connection. We have a 12 foot deepend pool and 4 ft shallow - 40 feet long, 20 feet wide. It worked amazingly! Pool is spotless. It does take a bit for the Dolphin to do the entire pool. The wall cleaning is really cool with absolutely no problems in climbing. Stairs are ok...sometimes forgets to to the top stair but that's ok. It is pricey but well worth it. Saves a lot of time vacuuming and our pool sparkles.

Stop working suddenly
I don't normal do reviews, but this product is needs one. I bought this in May 2023 and used it from June-September for 3 months. It was working fine, it did not clean the pool well but it did the job. This year, we used it for two weeks at the end of May. Suddenly stop working. I followed the instructions on the website to ensure it was clean, no debris. I reset the Vacuum, still not working. I'm disappointed in a few things. The cost, it was very expensive and they are suppose to last for 5-8 years, this lasted 4 months. The customer service is not great. No one local to fix it and no one local you can send it to. please consider this when buying this vacuum, it does not last and if anything breaks down there is no help to fix it.

Used Twice - got stuck repeatedly & it tried to clean the underside of our pool cover!
We have a 40x15 pool that is 5 feet deep all around with stairs in two corners (one big stair in one corner and four smaller stairs in another). We have a motorized pool cover that is on most of the time so we don't get a ton of debris... but when using the pool stuff blows into it, so we do need to clean it. Got this vacuum two days ago and setup was very easy. Dropped it in the pool and watched it for a while and it seemed to be doing well cleaning the bottom and sides, but then got stuck in one spot on our stairs for a half hour. So you have to be watching it and move it to get it unstuck. Used it the next day for another hour. Started with the pool cover off to watch it, and got stuck again multiple times for long periods of time! Then, with the pool cover closed, this thing actually sucked up the side of the wall and then sucked itself onto the underside pool cover and was going back and forth along the underside of the pool cover! Crazy! That's not what it's supposed to do! I called the company's customer support (in India) and that lady said these robots are not made to clean or climb stairs! I explained that most pools in the world have stairs, so that didn't make sense! I get it if they don't clean the stairs, but getting stuck on them? Then she said it's not supposed to clean the underside of the pool cover. That I should return it to Amazon and get another one. Like the new one isn't going to do the exact same thing??? After the two uses my wife said... nope, this isnโt going to work. We need to be able to use it with the pool cover closed (so more crap doesn't blow into the pool while it's being cleaned)... and we can't have it getting stuck repeatedly in the same spots and sit there having to babysit it. Oh well... Guess we will try something else.
