Flattens like a dense memory foam
The pads are like memory foam and they smash down and stay flattened and dense so when I put a pad under my abdominal support it goes flat and doesn't feel any more supportive or comfortable than without it. it also causes me to sweat anywhere the pad covers, I can't even picture wearing it outside on a hot day. Overall it's not gonna be a keeper for me, it's just something extra to fiddle with and maintain that has no real benefit.

Lipo healing helper option
Watched videos pre op for Lipo and many sold me on these to help stay smooth and heal nicer. Honestly they are too difficult to smush into a compression garment especially with out extra help. I still use but also bought a wraparound style I prefer. Works as said
