Used it for about 3 weeks and had to give it a pause. Definitely works.

The effectiveness of this supplement is heavily reliant on how much water you drink with it. I'm a bigger person so I take 3 capsules in the a.m. and 2 at night, and again, lots of water. This will be a return purchase for me.

Everything is functioning as expected. There are no issues to report, either positive or negative.
