The manual of the Car says max speed of 30kmph so it is not as advertised.

All-terrain tyres conquer grass, gravel, and sand smoothly, and a 2.4GHz remote provides lag-free control up to 25m. Spray mist effects and vibrant LED lights spark imaginative play, while dual rechargeable batteries provide 40+ minutes of runtime. On a 1:16 scale, the ABS construction stands up to rough crashes, and the 360° spins and upright wheelies are thrilling stunts, though mist refills require precision. Its non-slip rubber tyres and compact yet robust design make it ideal for backyard races and indoor play.

Its very fast, especially for high speed mode but it drains battery faster than low mode. Even in low mode its still faster than ordernary RC car. If you enjoy High mode too much, you can search extra battery online. Body its tough. There is a kid ride on my RC car when i was playing in park, thank fully the light part of the body got only small cracked. This car flew high when i was trying the high speed mode. I thought its broken but its still fine. Upper body is made of light thin plastic material that you can cut using scissor but has good collision resistant. Overall worth it for its price! Planning to buy another one!

I love mine. Its fast. Durable and Battery lasts long, however. Be VERY carefull when plugging in the battery on charge, another review mentioned this as well. You WILL struggle to disconnect from charger if you plug it in too deep(dont let it click) it will get stuck and would then require a small screwdriver to wedge loose
