Review: Keep it aligned. - I had cervical fusion in December 25. Recently had an unexplained event where I awoke to a loud pop and neck to the side. Heat, pain and numbness ensued. Position the pillows to your needs after tying the item to your pillow or chair. It took a night ir two to figure out how I needed it. It does what I needed it to. I purchased the cooling version but for that part, I have to say it doesn't seem cooling. Cases are machine washable but it says not to wash the pillows. Not sure why.
Review: Don’t waste your money - Very poor quality, small doll like pillows attached with Velcro, comes off easily. Not worth price. I do NOT recommend

I sleep on a hospital bed because I have to keep my head elevated. My head tends to turn to the extreme left and this puts an extreme strain on my right shoulder and arm with the result of great pain. This "Neck Wedge Stabilizer Pillow for Sleeping to Keep Head Straight" has really helped me. At this point I'd say it relieved 95% of my pain and maybe in time it will be 100% effective. In my case I had to be patient and give it time to work. I tried several different adjustments of the pads until I found my best position. I like it very much and will most likely purchase at least one backup.
