THE PEN HAS A WAX SEAL ON THE END!!!
This set is lovely and I am very pleased with it. I thought that the pen was broken, but it actually had a wax seal on the end of the nib, which once removed, enabled the pen to work perfectly! Fantastic set! I LOVE it. (I did think the pen was broken, until my son worked out that it had a protective was seal over the nib. the pen is popped on and off by pulling the pen clip down.)
