Tubtrug Medium Yellow 26L

It's great. It's a brassy bright red so don't be swayed by the pic. It seems well made and for the garden it appears solidly reliable. I'll only use it for weeding and carrying compost - I doubt it would stand up to severe stress ie: carrying logs, or swathes of top soil and bashed up branches. It would also be great for storing kids' toys and for using as an ice bucket for your BBQs and garden parties. A good purchase at the right price. Highly recommended and, if used properly, it should last years.

I bought this for gardening work, weeding, carrying mulch, tools etc and find it does the job excellently. The flexibility is a definite plus point for me so I can carry it 1-handed. I also use the trug when I'm preparing a load for my Hotbin compost. I put all the weeds etc. into the trug and chop them up finely with a pair of garden shears. Then I mix in my shredded paper and chipped wood, give it all a thorough stir and then just tip it into my Hotbin. Perfect. I currently own 3 trugs, a 14 litre, 26 litre & 36 litre, but they're all in constant use, so I'm thinking of getting more. Quality product, definitely recommend.

These are great. They're bigger than I expected them to be and the colours are nice and vibrant. I have three now. For firewood, laundry etc - very versatile tubs. They are easy to carry and seem quite durable.

I am from the US and came across this trug, which is something I haven't really seen in the US. I was looking for a tub to hand wash my clothes because I'm at uni and the laundry is outrageously expensive! The color was exactly what I thought it would be and the tub is nice and flexible. It's easy to grab by the handles and pour the water out without it getting everywhere. I needed to buy a second one and I purchased one through Wilko because I was already ordering from them and that tub, although bigger, isn't as rubbery and flexible as this one. If it weren't for the shipping cost, I would've definitely ordered this one again. I haven't used it that long nor am I using it for anything especially rigorous so I can't say much for the durability but it feels like it'll hold up nicely.

I bought this to assess size, colour and possibility of using for plants in the back garden. Most plant pots are so plain and drab in colour, so I thought these trugs may do instead if I could drill holes in the base. I found it was possible to make holes in the base using a large screw driver that had been heated over my gas ring - so that sorted that problem. The trug was also firm enough to hold compost quite easily and sturdy enough to use for planting. My only problem was this size was very large to fill with compost, and would be more suitable for plants such as fruit trees. So it became obvious I would need a smaller size for my tomato/cucumber plants - I have ordered several in different colours of a smaller size. This was my first purchase of a tubtrug but not my last - they are a very useful item to have around as well as being attractive and colourful.

Excellent for the garden - that's what they are for !! Good quality at sensible money. Only downside was the stupidity of the Amazon warehouse. Ordered six, and would have expected them to be stacked together and sent loose, or at least in one box. Each one came in its own (large) box and packed with so much padding as if they were expensive china!

My old trugs have cracked or lost their handles so I thought I ought to replace them as they are extremely useful containers in the garden. These looked as if they were more substantial than some and indeed they are. The handles looked as if they wouldn't tear off easily. It took quite a long time for them to arrive but that might be a delivery issue in the C-19 era. They were not over-wrapped and I am pleased with them. I find that putting weeds into the trugs when I am weeding rather than directly into the wheelbarrow enables me to tip them either into the green waste recycling bin or our compost area with ease. I use them all the time. They look quite smart too in shiny green but I expect they'll weather as most trugs do in time.

Ordered this because I specifically wanted a Tubtrug - I have lots already and know they’re good quality. What Faulks & Cox sent was a cheap, poorly made, plasticky unbranded alternative. Maybe they think customers won’t notice the difference. Pretty annoying

Die Griffe waren nach ca. 10 Jahren weg, und jetzt bröckelt Stück für Stück der Rand raus, so dass wir einen Neuen bestellt haben.

Tamaño perfecto para la colada. Cómodo. Se piede coger con una sola mano. Recomendable. Si si si si si si.
