Great quality - very effective and simple to apply with a brush. Good value too.

I have found this flux to be pretty good for soldering to things like small vias or pads, or through hole components maybe not quite so good for anything bigger. I haven't tried it for any BGA rework so can't comment on that. On the plus side it is easy to apply with the brush, is clear so doesn't obscure anything and doesn't seem to leave much if any residue, although always good to clean up afterwards with some IPA. On the downside it does evaporate quickly so needs reapplying. The most annoying thing about it is how easy it is to accidently knock the bottle over, as others have noted. For the price it is very good, worth trying at least.

This flux is really thin and spreads easily. The brush applicator works nicely. It doesn't leave any residue. It doesn't obscure the part at all unlike the thicker gel flux. Because it's thin you have the minimum quantity of flux covering the part so you don't get a lot of fumes. The only downside is that the tall but light bottle is really easy to knock over causing a spillage! So you have to make sure you screw up the bottle after each and every application.

This Soldering Flux Liquid RF800 has really made a difference in my soldering projects. The quality is excellent, and it makes the soldering process smoother and more reliable. My joints are much cleaner and stronger thanks to this flux—definitely a must-have for anyone serious about electronics work.
