OXO Good Grips Large Sink Mat

The OXO Good Grips Large Sink Mat is a solid, reliable product. OXO rarely disappoints, and I hope they continue maintaining their reputation by producing high-quality items like this. I used to buy rubber sink mats that wore out quickly, but after switching to the OXO mat, I’ve found it lasts for several years. The price has gone up—almost double—but the durability makes it worth it. I would definitely recommend this product.

Substantial mat that looks nice in my larger kitchen sink. It is easy to clean and Protects items placed on it.

I've been using these for about 3 months now, and they're working well. I got these because height was taller than other options; I wanted it to be as easy as possible for food bits to be washed out underneath the mats. They still seem close to the sink surface, but they do well to let water/food debris flow through. I do clean underneath the mats after every meal clean-up; if you don't do this, food bits might accumulate and get gross (even more for my sink, which has very little to no slope toward the drain). The rigidity also works out better; it's easier to lift, prop, move them around. I have a rectangular sink and got two; the drain is exposed/not covered in the middle, and I place one on each side, so I have flexibility to remove one side. They're holding up well to hot water (though I've never poured boiling water directly onto them, nor do I plan to, and I don't place pots directly from stove on them), as well as pressure when I'm scrubbing the bottom of pots that I've placed on the mats.

The mats sit high enough in the sink to allow particles to be washed away and not stuck beneath. Wish there were sizes a bit larger that covered the bottoms of my Kohler double sink. Otherwise, they work well.

Great sink mat. OXO makes good products overall, and this is no exception. It comes in two sizes. This is the larger version and it fits perfectly in my Kohler porcelain sinks. It has some knubbys on the bottom that keep it from sitting completely on the sink so you can easily spray away small debris without lifting the mat. This is my second mat. The first one lasted at least three years or more. Periodically, I put it on the top shelf of my dishwasher to clean it.

I hated the fancy expensive wire sink grate that came with my new cast iron porcelain kitchen sink. It was hard to clean, and silverware kept slipping through it. This mat is so much easier to use, protects and cushions the sink, and is easy to clean in the dishwasher. OXO designs great kitchen stuff.

To start with, it is in grey colour and looks decent and nice. It feels solid with some feet underneath which gives some space between mat itself and the sink - this is extremely useful as all the oily water can flow to the drain well and mat stays relatively clean. The size I bought is large, well , it is still seems small for my big single bowl sink (80cm), but Ok to use for putting pans and pots. It does give a good protection to the sink. Have used it for over a month and it did not stained (yet) and easy to clean. I have also put hot pans on it, didn't burn it. Will see how long it can last. So far, a good buy.

Avevo il modello precedente quindi stessa marca. L'ho bruciato con una pentola calda. La marca ha comunque prodotti che apprezzo e allora ho optato per questo. Una stella in meno solo perché un centimetro in più in altezza e larghezza non guastava e perché slitta un po' proprio per il fatto che i tacchetti sono in silicone. Soddisfatto.
