Yes., the cards are Kantech 125kHz technology - not HID or AWID technology. And they can be printed Front & Back with a PVC card printer.

can these have a slot punched into them?

Yes, they can. There are small dots on the horizontal and vertical sides to show where to punch the slot. You will need the hole punch.

Can you print on both sides of the card?

Yes, they are printable front and back.
