I was really hoping this would be as overpriced as I imagined so I could get something else, but it really is the best one I have tried. I have chronic low back and neck pain. I got this for the car but I can't stop using it on my recliner for long enough to try it in the car. I work with my hands and like to watch tv at the same time, but if I am not at my desk with my ergonomic chair then anywhere else I usually get debilitating back pain. I've been able to craft from the couch (yay?) in the evenings so I'd say this is a great investment in being able to walk without pain and get more done. Take the chance! I thought I wanted something that was around 8-9 inches so it wasn't too high, but this is the perfect size. It doesnt leave my upper body floating to support itself. I am 5'6.
