I've tried all type of cervical pain relievers/pillows/massagers but could not find anything better than this so far. Took away my chronic headache. I use only for my neck though. Was little to pointy to use on my back.

Item is larger than expected. It’s size doesn’t fit well for any part of the body. The two prongs or posts are too tall and cause the piece to be unstable regardless of where it sits against the body.
