Review: No more wires… - Having moved bedrooms and wall mounting my TV, my first thought was how much extra wires were irritating me, including the power cable for my Fore TV Stick. Fortunately, one of the suggested purchases to got with my Fire Stick was this handle little USB power supply for the Fore Stick, eliminating the need for wired power. I admit I was a little sceptical ordering the used (as new) power cable, having recently had a bad experience with another product under the same used (as new) that didn’t live up to expectations. However I shouldn’t have worried. This arrived in its original box and complete, a better start than the previous used (as new) product I ordered. Now some reviewers expressed their dissatisfaction t how this wasn’t a simple plug in device, causing them all sorts of issues. It I’m happy to say I had no such problems and I’m very happy with the ease at which I could install and use this. Out of the box I plugged it into both the USB port and the Fire Stick and of it went, no muss no fuss. I was instantly able to use the Fire Stick to access everything and having just watched a movie I can report that it supplied power faultlessly. **Q: Why is this even required?
i already power my firetv sticks via the usb port on the tv's that have them. nothing special is required.**
A: Firestick requires up to 1amp to run properly but a lot of TVs only have 0.5amp USB ports.  This device means you can run the stick on those less powerful ports

**Q: Why doesn't this ship to northern ireland? the "learn more" link suggests this item can be shipped anywhere in the world, so why not ni?**
A: They won't ship battery packs to charge your phone, but they'll ship you a replacement battery for a cordless dyson hover????  What's the difference where both batteries. Amazon stop discrimination against us Northern Ireland people!!!

**Q: Just received mine and the fire tv stick won’t turn on properly, turns on for a few seconds then switches back off, is the usb power cable faulty??**
A: The instructions suggest that you charge the mission USB for 30 minutes before using on TV. I suspect you just need to get some power in it. Connect to plug or laptop and see how you get on before you return. Good luck.

A: The Firestick requires a minimum of 5V

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very good but maybe not so with Panasonic TVs

Compact with an easy set up. However, this would not work on two different Panasonic TVs (albeit older models). It has worked perfectly well on two different Samsung TVs. Mission customer service said they were unaware of any issues with Panasonic TVs in the States. I would just be aware if you're intending to use on a U.K. Panasonic TV as you may have to return the purchase.
