Will this work to seal rivets on a 19' aluminum boat with 90hp motor ? can't track leaks, want to seal everything below water line

Jim, it will look like hell. Might work but I would use Interlux bottom paint, called Trilux 33 made for metal boats it's expensive, I used it. Sand the boat with 80 gret heavy then use Interlux barrier coat 3 times coat. Re ribbits would take alot of time!

Can i buy additional static mixers? west system sells a pack of extra mixers for their epoxy tube products. that alone might steer me away from here.

What is the working time?

I'd say no more than about 7 minutes before it starts getting hardened inside the mixing tip.

I need to bond a stainless steel plate to fiberglass. Would you suggest Thixo for this application?

No I would not, if the fiberglass is bare and the stainless is shiny clean my choice is 3M 5200 it will not fail even when you want to remove it. 5200 takes a few days to cure depending on the temp and humidity. If you have not used it, it is a bit striny and will get on everything, acetone is a good cleaner for the opps. Put enough 5200 on the surface so there is substansial ooz out on all 4 sides, some weight on the plate would help in the setting up so it won't move on you until it sets.
