Not my normal Collagen but the sachets are perfect for taking on holiday. Didn't taste too bad and no idea if they works as well as my normal one but no ill effects - all good.

I have tried a few collagen supplements, either sachets or powder and this is by far the nicest tasting. It’s so easy to take, in one gulp and will be good to travel with. So excited to add this to my daily routine and looking forward to seeing the results

Not doing a difference.

Overall the taste isn't too bad and it's easy to remember to take it at night. But... there's way too much vitamin C, for every sachet of 8000mg of Collagen, there is 180mg of vitamin C ; Vitamin C is included in the sachet to help with the absorbtion of Collagen. If Vitamin C exceeds 100mg, the body will absorb half or less than half of Vitamin C. So if vitamin C helps with Collagen being absorbed how much Collagen ends up being absorbed...? Very little. Another downside is if you have sensitive stomach too much vitamin C can cause nausea. This product is good in theory (because of the type 1 and 3 Collagen) but not very effective in reality.

Seen a visable difference in my skin hair and nails. 8000mg of collagen. The ease of use is brilliant. No faffing with powder, great for folk on the go and for holiday/getaways.
