NO BATTERY! UNUSABLE!
THIS REMOTE DOES NOT INCLUDE A BATTERY! It doesn't need a standard AA or AAA, but some weird half sized Asian battery that is not available in the US. Why sell this to an American market when its unusable!?!

I found a way to make it work
I ended up taking the guts out of the other remote and putting it in this new one and make sure I had fresh batteries and it works like a charm

help needed
I purchased the replacement remote after the light and fan wouldn't turn on or off and replacing batteries did'nt work either . I know the light acually works because I can turn it on by lightswitch. But the remote would'nt work any function of the unit . Do you have any suggestions?
