1 drop dosing makes it perfect!
Only need 1 drop a day compared to some other brands which can be a whole pipette!! Made the mistake and now I have bought these it is much more convenient and stress free to get 1 drop in babies mouth!

Each drop contains 10mcg of D3 which is 400IU, which isn't that much, but is the RDA for children. Adults apparently can make do with 10-20mcg a day. However, if you are deficient in D3 as an adult, that amount is neither here nor there. However too much D3 is toxic but only at extreme levels that no one would ever take. This D3 is vegan is extracted from Cladonia rangiferina lichen. Most D3 supplements are extracted from fish oil or from lanolin. So if you are taking this with its intended application in mind then it is reasonable value for money, otherwise not particularly.
