I just got my book today and I was surprised with the book itself. The content usually is a 2 page content. Imagine opening the page and everything: description, epidemiology, risk factors, gen prevention, commonly associated condition, Diagnosis, history, Physical Examination, differentials, procedures, treatment, ongoing care, diet, prognosis, complications are all in! I am an NP student and this will help me a lot in my school and in my future practice. I compared it to my Family Medicine Notes that I usually bring in my clinical rotation (last photo) I love both book! This 5 Minute Clinical Consult will give you a good grasp and depth to understand the disease; Family Medicine Notes on the other hand simplifies the concept like a need-to-know basis information more comparable like a sticky notes in your brain kind-of- thing! FYI: 5MinuteConsult online has a 10 day free trial then you have to subscribe every year around $120.

Book is great! Really glad I got it! I think I will use it a lot while I am finishing school and doing my clinical rotations, as well as once I am an FNP.

I wish I knew about this textbook earlier. It's so logical and easy to navigate. It has so many conditions and a lot of excellent information for the gold standard diagnostics and standard of care, and even includes complementary recommendations as well.

Good book, would recommend
