Glucose works well at returning BGs to a normal range. I especially appreciate it being liquid and not dry and chalky. Strawberry tastes great.

I loved the idea of being able to carry in a bag or pocket without being bulky or messy. Wanted my type 1 daughter to be able to conveniently use during sports , without filling up on juice or candy. Unfortunately , she does not like, so much that she gags and refuses to use.

As a type 1 diabetic subject to hypoglycemia at seemingly any given time, I need a product that is always there and I can trust. One that works predictably and without fuss, that I know will get my sugars up swiftly and steadily with minimal spikes. This gel does it every time and it doesn’t taste disgusting to do it either. These are so easy to carry around with you it’ll make you rethink that juice box or tube of skittles Littles, I love that I can fit one just about anywhere whether I’m working on the farm or out and about shopping. It is a small amount of product to suffer through when you just need those frustrating numbers back up, you don’t have to drink a whole glass of juice or snack just to keep going with your day. No one warned me how frustrating it would be to have to eat or drink when you don’t want to solely to get your sugars up. Out of all of the brands I’ve tried, while it is expensive and maybe not for *every* low, it’s still my favorite go to and the best by far!

After I was diagnosed type 2 diabetic and my CGM would give me low glucose alarms, my husband found glucose gummies at the pharmacy and I tried those for a little while… but they didn’t do anything to raise my glucose and they tasted awful too!! One night I ended up hsving 4 in a row trying to get a boost… all they did was make me puke! I was then on a mission to find other ways to raise my glucose! I tried candi s .(the sizes you give out on Halloween) next and those worked but in the middle of the night eating a candy and with my disability. Being unable to get up and brush my teeth… it just wasn’t going to work… back to the drawing board and I found these gels and they have been a Godsend!! I. Csn take a full one and get a big boost or a half one… folding the top over & paper clipping it so it doesn’t leak… the half will give me a small boost or will stop the drop as I call it (if my CGM says that my glucose is trending lower with a down arrow… a half gel will usually freeze it in place!! Given my disabilities… these gels are easy to use and manageable in the middle of the night and I don’t feel the need to brush my teeth after using one!! They are also pretty tasty!! I don’t mind needing to use one like I did with gummies!! I will suggest to anyone out there to give these a try, you won’t be disappointed!! Whether you’re looking for something new to replace your current glucose booster or you’re looking for your first one!! Don’t hesitate!! I will continue to buy these!! I keep them all over the place; they are very portable… they are in my purse, my car. My nightstand, my kitchen, my living room! If my child was diagnosed diabetic and needed glucose boosters occasionally too… I would definitely get these for her!!

My T1D kid actually likes these. Tastes so much better than the tablets and works quickly. He mainly uses them when he goes low during basketball to bring up his levels quickly.
