The taste of this is not too bad. It’s pretty mild. I use one scoop and a cup and a half of water. I feel it within minutes. It is not energizing to me. It actually has the opposite effect. One day I got very sleepy and had a nap for a few minutes and woke feeling great. Another day I was feeling wound up and it was incredibly calming. It made the rest of my day so much better. Unusual stuff. I don’t get energy from it I get calm. I will definitely be drinking it on stressful days. There were no side effects and it was easy in my stomach.

Excellent product. I take the recommended amount and mix it in my juice in the morning. It doesn't change the taste of the juice too much. I would recommended using a small wire whisk or hand held blender to mix it thoroughly into your choice of liquid. I immediately noticed that I have more energy and other great effects that panax ginseng is known to provide. I did not have any adverse side effects from the product. I especially like the fact that it's organic, since it is made from the ginseng root and roots absorb whatever is put into the soil around them. I also like the fact that it's grown for at least six years before harvesting. I've read that ginseng's beneficial properties increase with the age of the plant.

Not sure, just received, tastes strong and bitter, so suspect it is good. Very fine powder that puffed out a lot when I opened a small corner end of the zip bag, so beware and keep from opening too much.

I actually bought this for my parents when I visited them. When I took it for the first time, I had unimaginable focus lasting into the next day. I didn't realize it was possible for the human brain to focus this well.Ginseng has neuroprotective effects on dopaminergic neurons. It increases dopamine neurotransmission, responsible for the focus. It also increases GABA activity, reading to anti-anxiety and relaxing effects. Ginseng comes with a plethora of other benefits as well (immune system, libido, etc.).So if you want effective ginseng, you can just buy this. No need to buy really expensive imported ginseng from Korea. I will definitely be buying this again as it is my primary source of ginseng.I take it in the morning with Ginko Biloba, B Vitamins, and a sweetener in warm water.SIDE EFFECTSIf you have low blood sugar, low blood pressure, ulcers, auto-immune conditions, etc. -- do not take ginseng! One of my friends had normal to lower blood pressure and she felt dizzy after taking ginseng. She had to stop using it. My dad's ulcer exacerbated due to ginseng. So he had to stop using it.WARNING: FALSE DOSAGE INFORMATION ON LABELThe suggested dosage is one scoop up to 3 times a day. This is a very high dosage (even for me). You should start off with half-a-scoop per day. Do not take more than that. Your body needs some time to adjust to ginseng. Then as needed you can go up to one full scoop per day. I wouldn't go any higher unless you have severe ADHD.

The ginseng mixes well with my green juice. It was easy to swallow. I notice a difference when I started using it in my juice. My energy level is better. I can focus well on tasks. I feel good! The ingredients are good, and it doesn't have an after taste.

El mejor producto a base de ginseng. Había probado con polvos 100% puros, extractos y pastillas, pero siempre vienen en concentraciones muy bajas. Este producto tiene una excelente concentración que si me hace sentir la diferencia en la energía y actividad. Recomendado sin duda alguna.
