I bought this for my niece for her birthday (4). I had also bought the playdoh alphabet set at the same time. I thought that while shes learning her alphabet she can also use this to learn a little cause and effect with the color changing. This is such a cool idea and I just couldnt pass it up. Her mother hasnt said anything bad about it, so I take that as a win!

I got this as a gift for secret Santa, great value for any gift. Super good quality and size is that of a regular dough can.

I liked the cute little box it came in, but I took some out to try it and it is crumbly. You really have to work the dough to get it to soften up. The worst part is that it doesn't color shift AT ALL! This was a special request by a little birthday girl that is going to be really disappointed. It is a good thing that I have a whole goody bag of other things to compensate.

Color does not change when you touch it or play with it. We molded it for a long time and nothing. Very disappointing. I was excited about it.
