These foot pads are wonderful for relaxation! I use them before bed and wake up feeling refreshed and more relaxed. The natural ingredients are gentle and don't irritate my skin. They're so easy to apply - the adhesive stays in place all night without being uncomfortable. I love the soothing feeling they provide. The pads turn darker overnight, which shows they're working. After using them consistently, I've noticed better sleep quality and less fatigue in the morning. They have a pleasant, subtle scent that's not overwhelming. I don’t think these work at all. All these do is make the bottom of your foot dirty, sticky, and gross and smell like barbecue sauce. These did not improve my sleep and they do not detox. These are a waste of money.

A friend of mine recommended this product because she knows my husband and I have trouble sleeping. I have used these for four nights in a row now and they work like magic! They do smell a little, but I can deal with the odor in order to sleep all night. I used to wake up nightly between 3 and 4 am but after using these I have slept through the night and woke up feeling refreshed. Highly recommend.

Def wear socks. They help me go peacefully to sleep. If you have a 3 and 4 year old who summon you throughout the night for water or because blankets fell off etc it’s a little uncomfortable to walk in them through the house 4x a night, but they do help you go back to sleep much faster than usual. Also have something by the bed to wipe down your feet in the morning when you take them off.

So these were just not for me and I only lasted one night. I do feel like I slept better that night and this is the first time I’ve ever tried this type of detox. They were gross the next morning so I guess that means it worked but they left a sticky residue on my feet which was the part I couldn’t do.

Really helps to fall asleep and it’s comfortable on your feet just smells a bit off after due to the toxins your body releases

These door pads have a nice scent. Easy to put on and take off. I used these several nights in a row and didn't really notice a difference in what this products claims to do. Because of that, I feel like it was a waste of money.
