5 stars for lots of things: Camera works beautifully! I feel safer with it in the car, which is a thing for us! Customer Service - 5⭐ Mark, you are fantastic. Not only for the free cable offer, but for the support and answering my questions so that I can buy something competently to make sure we are protected. I love that the camera starts recording before we even make it to the car. I love that it came with an SD card so I didn't have to realize after it showed up that I needed to go buy one!. I love that it came with all the tools it needs so that you can hide all the cords and still have it plugged into the cigarette lighter!!! I have several friends who have cords hanging everywhere! Every time I get in the car, I pull another loose! I love that that is NOT what is happening here!! Thank you!! Thank you for having simple access to the SD card so I don't have to unhook it or anything to get the card, just tilt down and pop out. I love everything about this.... Especially knowing that it is one more security system we have protecting us! Thank you!! My sweet friend and her hubby suggested it and he installed it for me in like 20 minutes!! And showed me how simple the SD card is to access. I don't know how installation went, but it was quick and works wonderfully! I did get told to turn off my Auto Start for a couple of weeks so the lithium battery does get a little juice. Thanks again!

يوجد مشكلة في الكاميرا لقد استبدلت الذاكرة ثلاث مرات ونفس المشكلة يصور مجموعات فديوهات ويتوقف سعة الذاكرة ٢٥٦ قيقا ومع ذلك الفيديوهات ماتتعدى ساعه ويتوقف التصوير المنتج غالي وفوق كذا سي للغاية لاانصح احد الشراء ولايوجد لديه ضمان وعند التواصل مع البايع يقول تواصل مع امازون وامازون يقولون المنتج لايوجد عليه ضمان

Doesn't catch the "thief"
I bought it to catch my neighbour in the parking lot who keeps damaging my car. While it captured them checking my car after causing one of the dents I t failed to capture the precise moment they hit my car when they opening the door.
