Had missing holes had to measure up and do them myself with a drill also a few missing pieces. Not good quality wouldn’t buy again.

Well packaged, very prompt delivery, very good instructions and telephone number if you need help. Is quite sturdy and looks good in my bathroom which has a black tiled floor. I really like it. Very happy thank you. Oh by the way I am over 60 and female and I put it together with minimal help from my son so it ain't hard to do people.

This item was well packaged and quickly received but when making up the doors we were missing drilled holes for the magnet contacts and we were also missing a couple of screws. The seller arranged for new doors and although quickly received they were damaged and still no holes. We received the missing screws with no issue. To cut a long story short I kept the unit and glued the magnet contacts on. They weren't essential but my floor isn't flat and the doors slightly opened without the magnets. For the money the unit is fine with a drawer and biggish cupboard with a shelf, it was what I wanted. I personally am not a big fan of the handles but they are what was advertised and you can get others to fit, maybe something in metal. My package came with a sheet with a customer service number in it but this was out of date and I had to contact the seller via Amazon for customer service. This was quickly done but it was frustrating to be stopped in our tracks putting it together. The seller was helpful but he wasn't the manufacturer. Would I recommend this? I'm not sure - I was told that the missing holes happened very infrequently and if this is the case then without that issue, it would be fine. With that issue, it is a pain but you can easily glue the contacts on once the product is made. Any item of this size is a pain to return as they are in pieces obviously and not only repackaging is laborious but getting them back to the seller isn't easy as they are too big for the Post Office usually, but that would be true for any flatpack furniture. I am happy with it now it is finished and it hides away all my files and stationery.
