This seems to strengthen my lungs and improve my Oxygen level. It is sturdy and easy to use. As comfortable to use as a item like this can be. Should be easy to clean and light and portable. It would work better if I used it more but that will take will power on my part. All in all, it works well and helps out with the lung problem
