Ich habe das Fahrzeug als Geschenk für meinen Enkel bestellt. Die Lieferung erfolgte einen Tag später. Beim auspacken stellte ich fest das der Haken am Kran-Arm fehlt. Ich kontaktierte den Hersteller über das Service-Portal und bekam umgehend eine Rückmeldung sowie die Zusage das mir das fehlende Teil zugeschickt wird. Fazit: nicht nur ein tolles Spielzeug, sondern auch ein toller Service des Herstellers. Volle Punktzahl.

VERY disappointed. Would appreciate a refund. Frustrated three-year-old. Bought for a car loving child (as suggested age group) who loves to load up his Matchbox/Hot Wheels cars. Within five minutes pulling down on the hook to attach to cars, it permanently detached. I've tried wiring and gluing it on with unhappy results. After a week or so, maneuvering the trailer in and out the trailer came off and I have spent too much time trying to reinstall/snap in the long moving "piston." His excitement was shattered and I feel like I've been tricked into spending money on a cheap toy.

Achetez directement sur Wish, c'est moins chère et c'est la même qualité. A eviter !

Det är ganska dålig kvalitet på lyftkranen. Det känns som att den inte kommer hålla så länge. Kroken på lyftkranen kunde varit mer böjd så inte billyften krokar ur så lätt. Men är ändå nöjd för det priset. Sonen gillar den väldigt mycket!
