First opinion is too good as compared to other same gel cushion available. Its heavier than other, and its medium soft, its really useful. Size is also perfect. Its costly but worth bcz other is cheaper but not useful. So no sense to buy that waste of money i used almost 6-7 different cushion price range 500-1200, but not satisfied. Its looking useful now lets see durability later.

I’m really happy with my Sleep Company SmartGRID seat cushion! I loved it so much, I bought two! If you sit a lot—at work, home, or in the car—this cushion is a lifesaver. The SmartGRID design gives great support and really helps with back pain. I used to get numb legs during long drives or sitting for hours. I feel totally relieved—no more numbness! I recently drove for 3 hours straight, and my back still felt great—no stiffness! It’s like sitting on a cloud! It keeps you cool, even on hot days. No more sweaty seats! Works perfectly on office chairs, car seats, or your couch. The sleek black color looks nice and matches any style. The cover is simple to wash, and even after lots of use, there’s no bad smell. My opinion is this cushion is worth every penny! If you want comfort and relief, go for it.

Be careful while ordering the combo pack. I ordered for both the back and seat cushion combo but received only the seat cushion. Upon placing the return, the delivery person denied picking the item, mentioning that the order shows combo of back and seat cushion. Had to connect with Amazon support to share the info about the whole scenario. Then only my return was done. Thanks to Amazon support. Regarding the quality of back cushion, it was not as extraordinary as mentioned in all the 5 star rating reviews. The grid pattern doesn't look sturdy enough. It's good and provides good support for lightweight individuals. If you're on the heavier side, maintain caution while sitting on it. If the grid inside the cushion breaks, it would rather exaggerate the pain than reduce it. Thinking if I'd had ordered via the company's website, what complications would I have had to go through? These all factors made me skeptical about reordering this item.

I ordered for my hubby... He feels very smoothy and comfy.. Really worth gor the money...

Worst product. Bad design hip side thinner and front side higher, it makes l5-S1 disc extrusion and Caudal migration worst. Ideally sitting position hip position to higher than kneel.

The pillow is on spot with the expectations. A bit disappointed for not having different colors to match car interior like Beige, grey etc. Overall good product and great quality.
