Taste is good
Dude add chocolate chips and when you eat it put butter on it and drizzle it in honey. This bread is so good, it took like 10 mins longer to bake than what it said. I used a banana and the bread is very moist but still fluffy.

Still too sweet
Texture was good for gluten free, but it still tastes much too sweet for my liking. Really wanted to like this but I won't be buying again.

Great base for banana bread.
Tasty, and frankly didn’t notice it was gluten free. I add 1/4 cup oat bran to this, up the water, use applesauce in it instead of oil, and also use a very ripe banana each time. The pumpkin mix is also very good. So basically I use the mix as a base for banana bread.
