Will these work on a nakamichi sound bar?

These are replacement RCA plugs. If your wires are frayed or broken, and you know how to solder, these should fill the bill. They’re just replacement parts, not interconnects.

Can this be used for a 12 guage wire?

These are interconnect wire terminations, not speaker wire terminations. With normal interconnects, the wires used are usually 22 gauge or lower. These replace RCA terminations that have frayed or broken. Easily soldered.
