Consistency is everything. I use Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides daily in my coffee or tea, and it dissolves easily with no taste or texture change. This unflavored version might not taste great in water for some or most people. It can, however, taste better in other liquids. Do some research to see if nutritionally sound and bioavailable when placed in 8oz of cold milk as milk's sweetness helps taste significantly.
