I bought this product to go with the focaccia kit that I had. I wanted to make more fun focaccias. This product is great.

Saw this on a YouTube video and thought I'd try it. It was easy to prep, required minimal rising time. The resulting bread was fabulous! Worth the price if you find yourself short on time--and patience! I will order again and this time customize my toppings.

Easy to make, no kneading or rolling out and tastes delicious!

I use this for my pizza crust. It browns nicely with a crispy bottom…just as the package states, “crisp and airy”…not heavy in density; just right. Easy to prepare and tastes great - delicious!!

Made great tasting Focaccia bread. It was a hit at Christmas Dinner

This quick Focaccia Mix delivers, it's delicious and as promised takes about 1 hour to make. Always comes out crisp on the outside and airy on the inside, I used a 9x13 pan and it always fluffs up to be about as thick as the pan is deep. I've baked this in a normal oven and toaster oven and same result each time. I've even mixed things in and always turns out fantastic. I can't find this in any stores locally in my area, so amazon for the win, however that gives me no price comparison to know if this is a good price or not, since this is the only place I can actually purchase it.

Easy to make but WOW too much rosemary

We didn’t care for it. It pushes the dough too fast with hot water and too much yeast. It still almost is like a bad soda bread, dense, poor texture for a focaccia. We LOVE King Arthur Flour, just not this item. They however offer a free recipe using their flour that gets good results. This one may even be okay if you use a normal rise schedule. One hour as this does is kind of a joke for any real bread item.
