Been buying this for years. If you cannot stomach iron pills; this is a must have. Taste isn’t terrible, and great mixed in with orange juice. I don’t understand why some people say it tastes awful, It’s actually too sweet for my liking. The taste is not bad at all, I grew taking extremely bitter and sour remedies. This supplement is not sour or bitter, it’s quite sweet. My sister and I are taking it and we both notice an increase in appetite. We also notice more energy and we only take it once a day not twice. I can tell the difference when I don’t take for a few days. I wish it didn’t stimulate my appetite because I’m trying to lose weight. Besides those minor downfalls, it’s a great supplement.
