Great product
This flosser does a great job. It is easy to hold, and has good power to clean out between tight-fitting teeth. It is easy to fill, empty, and recharge. I thought it would be difficult to use, but it fits my hand just fine and is light when full of water. I still spray water around, but it is so much easier to use than my larger countertop flosser. I am flossing much more often than I did before I bought this item. It holds enough water. My gums feel great, and I haven't even gotten out of child mode yet. I wish I had bought this sooner.

Good pick
Purchased to use in the shower. It is quite powerful and at the highest setting is a bit too much. One setting down works well and it was worth the price. The battery seems to last a considerable time.

Good addition to your teeth cleaning regimine.
Works well. I don't know how much of a difference it makes. I use it after every time I brush though because I hate plaque buildup on my teeth. Does not replace actual flossing. So, I brush, then floss, then use this to wash everything away. Seems ok. Don't know if I recommend, but it's a good value for the price. Not too loud, plenty of water capacity and I do like the rechargeable aspect of it. I've had it for about 2 years I think now, so yeah, it's holding up well for something that gets used at least 3 times a day.

Powerful, Sleek, and Perfect for Travel!
I’m really impressed with the COSLUS Water Dental Flosser C20 so far. It came with multiple attachments, including an orthodontic tip (which I love), and a USB charging cable. Just note that it doesn’t include the wall block, but that wasn’t a big deal since I already had one. I had never used a water flosser before, so my first attempt was a little chaotic — I filled it up, turned it on, and accidentally sprayed water all over my bathroom. Lesson learned: definitely keep it in your mouth before turning it on! 😅 Once I figured that out, it worked great. The pressure is very powerful, which makes it feel like it’s doing a really thorough job. The 300 ml tank lasted me about one full use, but it’s super easy to refill and snap back together. The design is sleek, lightweight, and cordless, which will make it perfect for traveling. Since I just started using it, I can’t speak to the battery longevity or long-term durability yet, but based on the power, ease of use, and included attachments, I’m very happy with this purchase so far. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a strong, portable water flosser!

Portable Water Flosser! Convenient & Affordable
I purchased this water dental flosser specifically for use on vacation. A friend recommended it & it works great. Pros: it is cordless & convenient & holds a charge for up to a week depending on usage. It easily packs well in your suitcase or carry on! If you are used to water flossing your teeth, this is the trick. It has enough power to water floss your teeth efficiently & It’s easy to hold & maneuver & comfortably. It comes with a variety of attachments. I haven’t used many of the attachments. Cons: I didn’t have an issue with the noise it makes. It’s not any different or louder than my permanent home flosser. The only issue is being compact, the water compartment is smaller & you may have to fill it twice to do an effective water flossing. A carrying bag would be nice to include from the manufacturer. Additional note, this would be perfect for school age children to handle. Nothing like this or electric toothbrushes were around when I was young. We brushed our teeth, but anyone who uses a water flosser will tell you that this removes debris that your toothbrush won’t reach. I might have had less cavities as a kid had we had these at our disposal! I use my water flosser after a thorough brushing. This would make a perfect gift!

Unit has many features that are well-described in owner's manual.Compact size for bathroom/travel.
It is taking me a little bit of adjustment to operating it (this is my first one ever). Trying no to squirt down my bathroom with it -- which I am getting the hang of that. Sometimes it runs out of water before I finish all of my teeth. I think that it will be great for me once I use it more. Easy to operate and the instruction booklet is detailed and describes everything the unit will do.

Doesn’t hold a charge, but replacement is coming!
I’ve only had this for four months, and all of a sudden, it just won’t hold a charge. It stopped in the middle of using it yesterday. While it had been holding a charge for a couple of weeks, I had just charged it a few days ago. So I let it charge overnight, but it didn’t even make it halfway through the tank the next morning. It can’t even get through a single use now. Fortunately, I got this on sale because it would absolutely not be worth the money at full price. Battery issue aside, it’s decent for its size and mobility. There isn’t a lot of control over water pressure, but it gets the job done. Edited to add: After reaching out to the manufacturer, I received an immediate response. After asking a quick clarifying question, they are sending me a replacement completely free of charge. So, at least their customer service is excellent, and therefore deserves a bump to 3 stars. I will update this review if the replacement works for a longer period of time than the first one.

I always find it difficult to use the string type of Dental Flosser as my teeth are too close together and it bleeds when I forced the string between the teeth. With a Water Dental Flosser, I don't have any problem as the water jet is strong enough to flush in between the teeth. I need to do this as my gums are quite sensitive and get inflamed if food are stuck in between the teeth which toothbrushes cannot get it out.
