had for almost a month now, zero problems. Works like a charm. SO much easier than an ice tray. Worth the money, absolutely. The ice cube large size isn't very large, but it doesn't bother me. I just never use the small size. Makes some noise, like white noise, but I also have no problem with that. It was relatively very easy to set up. The machine is fast, and the ice cubes stay there for like half an hour or so before they start melting, I just move the removable tray into the freezer. Then I have ice whenever I need it without having to constantly run the machine. Other people might be bothered by this: the ice tends to melt a little and stick together when refrozen, but I have no issue, i just shake it a little and they come unstuck. Easy to move with the handle too, although I never usually need to. Only thing is that it will take up a bit of counter space, and the instructions say to not plug anything else into the same outlet at a time, so that might bother other people, but it's fine for me. Looks great, works great, especially for the price.

The ice maker in my refrigerator died. The refrigerator works fine, but because it's older I didn't want to pay someone to come fix the ice maker. I bought this to try and it does everything I need. It quickly starts making ice. I fill my refrigerator ice tray in a few hours. The ice is a nice size. I use it every week. Easy to care for.

Great, convenient ice maker. Runs well, however, it is not quiet especially if you’re watching tv in the living room it is pretty noisy. It being on the cheap end maybe that’s why, the more high end ice makers are prob quieter.

The ice maker is not too bulky. It turns out ice quickly I use cold filtered water it does not keep ice cold so you have to remove your ice and put it in the freezer, but I didn't find it inconvenient. Once you fill it with water it makes a good amount of ice on one filling, there is no beep that indicates your ice is done but you will hear the ice drop, there is also no sound when the water needs to be refilled a light ontop will light red when it sences the ice basket is full or it needs more water. It is pretty quite with a light fan noise. The quality is good and it is efficient. For the price it does what is expected you get ice fast it's portable. Some reviews didn't like the fact that it doesn't actually keep your ice cold but it would definitely cost more and the machine would have to be bigger to house that type of motor so keep that in mind. It's made to be portable and make ice quickly about 6 minutes and it dose that so I'm happy with my purchase.

I purchased this ice maker in September 2024, and unfortunately it has already stopped working completely. It worked fine at first and produced ice quickly, which I was happy about. It was convenient, fairly quiet, and fit nicely on my countertop. However, after only 17 months of normal household use, it suddenly stopped making ice. I tried the basic troubleshooting steps listed in the manual; cleaning it, checking the water level, unplugging and resetting… but nothing worked. It powers on, but it simply doesn’t produce ice anymore. For something that isn’t exactly cheap and is meant to be a kitchen appliance you rely on, I expected it to last much longer than this. An ice maker should definitely survive more than a few months of light use. Very disappointed in the durability and quality. I would not recommend based on my experience.

This little thing may not make the ice I wanted but it makes my life easier. It produces enough ice and fast enough that it keeps my son's cooler full of ice and works outside. It is a little messy because all the water doesn't drain off the ice and so when it's put in the freezer, it will freeze together. Just take a knife or something and break it apart. I will deal with that any day to make my life easier. Excellent bang for your buck.

Bought this for our travel trailer since we only have a small fridge with no ice maker and I got tired of buying ice all the time. It fits perfectly on top of our water cooler which makes for convenient filling of the ice maker tank - just lift the lid and dump it in. It works very well making ice quickly and is pretty quiet. Being able to make 2 sizes of ice is a nice versatile feature. It is also easy to clean. We use RO filtered water and haven't noticed any tastes from the ice maker. Since we're off grid using solar power, electricity usage is a concern and this unit doesn't use very much power, less than 200w. The ice holding area is not refrigerated so you need to use the ice or move it to the freezer, but if you don't get to it right away, the ice will melt and the water will drop back into the tank for the next batch.
