This trolly is all it’s cracked up to be. Reading allot of reviews that go back about a decade, users have praised the simple and strong design of this for a long time. I use this smallest size Brute to put my Bluetti AC-200 PL portable power station on. The Bluetti is rated with a weight of 62 ish pounds and this is no problem for this cart. With plenty of space left over, I fill up the rest of the cart with accessories and several large extension cords to make the whole unit portable and easy to move on one floor of my house. I’m kind of surprised these PPS companies don’t make similar carts with their branding as it’s really an excellent way of moving the heavy generators around on a single floor to get them positioned where you like, without breaking a sweat moving all this heavy stuff. Ideally, I wish I could budget the same system on each floor of my house including the basement that has the sump pump and other things. But, baby steps as it gets expensive for such a luxury of duplicate systems for convenience. The cart holds insane weight, is easy to assemble and for a flat surface, the casters are fine. There are upgraded casters one can purchase that are larger, have a more aggressive tread and some that are even pneumatic (tires that take air) which could be worthwhile if using this outside on a job site or uneven surfaces. The fittings I’ve read are pretty universal. But the wheels it comes with are fine for indoor use. The elevated handle is a good design so you need not hunch over pushing or pulling it. The resin material is so robust you can handle it without extreme care as it can take considerable rough play. There are several other brands out there like this, but I went with the original Rubbermaid as it has the strongest reputation of performance and longevity. Just pay attention to your use case as there are different sizes. This review is for the smallest. But for a bit more cash, you can get larger ones. The Klein Tools model almost had me. But as I stated, I went with the original and probably the best in this class. Very much recommended.

Quality of cart material is A+. Extremely sturdy, heavy duty, wheels large, and just a few parts. You definitely will need a rubber mallet and electric drill. I gave only 4 stars because the material of the screws is very soft, cheap, and screws strip very easily. If they'd upgrade screw material to a good solid metal, it would get 5 stars. They did not include directions, but luckily Amazon came through and sent me them. It matters, because it must be done in order to be done easily & properly. The downside is the placement of swivel wheels. They suggest back placement, where I found I needed front placement. I can't change it now because of the half-stripped screws. I don't have a handyman to help, so now I'm stuck with it this way. If screws weren't soft, I'd try to remove them. Just a disappointment for an otherwise really great cart.

I bought this cart to cart around a small selection of tools and supplies around the plant. It sure beats pushing around a heavy tool box. I keep some chemicals, rags, and a small bucket for trash on the bottom shelf. The top shelf is a good size. The width is perfect as some spaces are narrow and this cart seems to be the perfect size to squeeze through otherwise impassable areas. It comes with cheap casters. 2 swivel and 2 fixed. They are NOT ball bearing. Only a shaft through a plastic wheel. I replaced them with 4 swivel casters I picked up from the local hardware store which are ball bearing and it rolls much better now. The mounting plate hole pattern is a standard size so many after-market wheels will fit this cart just fine. The increased steering capability of 4 swivels can be a love-hate-love relationship; sometimes it doesn't want to steer straight, and then there are times it is able to maneuver in the tightest of spaces and I absolutely love that they all swivel. The handle sticks out so you wont kick the cart with your feet and provides a nice little catch-all bin for wire nuts, screws, etc. and there is also a pen holder which can accommodate several pens, markers, and utility knife. The handle is comfortable and at the right height for me - I'm 5'10" and I don't have to hunch over to hold it and my feet don't hit the cart or wheels. It seems very sturdy and I feel comfortable it will live up to it's weight capacity rating without any issues. Assembly was a breeze with a minimal amount of fasteners.

Although I have a cleaning business, many of my accounts are smaller and don't require a cart like this. I got a good deal on this purchase and couldn't pass it up. Works well. And now… as to shipping. Congratulations on getting this to me in a timely way. The rest of this post is not directed to this product or this seller, but to Amazon and UPS. WHEN WILL YOU GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER??? I currently have FOUR packages delayed being shipped by UPS. Amazingly, some other packages being shipped by UPS have been delivered, most of them on time. I'm a member of Amazon Prime and am supposed to get free delivery within 2 days. Hey, if it's 3 I never say a word. But 6, 8 or by the time things finally arrive, 10 days? UPS says it is due to 'inclement weather' as to the reason for the delays. REALLY? Here's a news flash, UPS: It is winter. It gets cold. It often snows. It does this each year. It is called a season. So tell your drivers to put on hats and gloves and put chains on your tires and go do the job you are getting paid to do. Of the 4 packages being delayed, there is no expected delivery date. At the earliest, it will be 5 days LATE. No, not a total of 5 days, rather 5 days late. Amazon, you really need to consider another source besides UPS. Your drone idea made for a nice media splash, but with your money, why not start a competitor to UPS and FedEx?

Why? Are they that much more expensive? When you're pushing heavy loads, which this is designed to do, you don't need to be lifting an end to get into an elevator. It's not like any of the wheels have a lock mechanism, either. See: heavy loads. Be warned if you are not used to a power driver: the heavy metal screws will go right into the plastic. Also - NO INSTRUCTIONS. I realize it's supposed to be self-explanatory, but the order in which you assemble can mean the difference between a nice flat surface and a slightly wonky one. But it's Rubbermaid and it's "Made in USA." So it's a really good cart.
