Yummy freeze dried cheesecake bites
Great way to snack without all the sugar and calories of a traditional cheesecake. The taste is yummy.

TWO bite sized.
I’ve never had freeze dried cheesecake before so this was a first for me. Let me start by saying these are quite large chunks. You won’t be eating them in 1 bite. They taste pretty good but I think cheese cake looses some of its flavor profile when being turned crunchy. It doesn’t remind me as much of cheesecake, but it’s still good. It’s pretty expensive stuff tho, definitely more of a specific need or as a gift type of snack, definitely not something I’d order regularly. The photo makes them look in rough shape but honestly, considering the gram cracker crust and the fact my box look like it took a beating, they stayed in really good shape. They’re crunchy and turn creamy while eating which is interesting (in a good way). Unique way to have cheese cake for sure. Think I will buy 2-3 bags around Christmas and divvy them up into sand which bags and make stocking stuffers outta these and the ice cream sandwiches.

Good filling annoying crust
Why did you pick this product vs others?: The fillings were good, but the crust was very crumbly and messy. I didn't like the chocolate with nuts (or what I thought was nuts). The strawberry was the best.

They’re OK
They’re pretty big they’re difficult to bite so you have to kind of just let it melt in your mouth. I prefer the ice cream sandwiches to be honest with you, I’m just gonna keep buying those but these are OK if you wanna try something new I just don’t think they’re phenomenal or worth buying again. If it was just the chocolate cheesecake, I would buy a box of those, but I’m not interested in the strawberry or the regular one

Very delicious and fresh. Tastes just like a cheesecake and moist. Holds together well not crumbly.
