Protect without bulk
Excellent protection without added bulk or weight. Magnets are strong but you can release the tablet easy enough. Stylus storage also a plus. Multiple angle options for viewing

Functional
Works well for basic needs, holds a charge, but sometimes overheats. The Samsung Notes app is also amazing. The S pen broke, and I had to pay for a replacement, but otherwise it works well, and I have had it for 2+ years now without issue.

It is OK as a minimum case, especially at this price point.
I was hoping to get rid of 12 ounces on my old case, this one still isn't light, probably 8 ounces. What the problem seems to be is the metal, and magnets they have toinclude.I could use less magnetic for shutting the screen off, as a double tap basically turns off the screen. My guess is strong magnetism helps with the cover bounce. The magnetic for the pen isn't super strong.Don't expect a Magsafe safe halo experience, but it seems good enough, it snaps in, keeping the point away from the slotted bumper. It's fine, stronger than just a nake device mounting. You probably would have to go out of you're way to lose it from there. With the case overhang at the hinge, your thumb goes over the pen, holding the case. The magnetic to hold the device is decent and strong. The edges of the cover feel sharp, and the problem of being so thin, it may break in.It's difficult to get a finger to open. Here is a complaint: why don't they add some overhang on the sides, top, bottom, right?I don't understand; a 4 mm or 5 mm oversize would help, like a hard-bound book; the pages aren't at the edges of the cover. The other thing, I have modified some ebook book-like covers to use thin Velcro; you can get this stuff in different thicknesses.I can tell you 2 small pieces hold like glue.I would love to see the back device magnetic replaced with 2 velcro strips, top and bottom, a back cover slightly thicker, and a velcro slot embedded, cut in slightly below the surface, so the velcro on the device will go into the slot and the device sitting flat on the back cover. As I say, just increase the back cover to twice as thick as two pieces of thin profile velcro.Velcro is the way to go.Also, try mounting the pen point down; it seems to be magnetically stronger at the non-tip end, and your thumb is less likely to press off. This isn't a bad case, especially at the price point.

Magnets work great!
Got it fast, and was surprised at how well the magnets work. Just be watchful of the pen, easy to knock it out of place. The only thing I'd worry about with it is dropping it. Don't think it has much shock absorbing. But I did buy a tempered glass protector with it.

Everything is magnetic! Very nice!
I tried a case that had the snap corners for the tablet and it was fine, but then I tried this one out and feel in love with it. It's more compact, since it don't have those tabs and the case just snaps to the tablet. It's easier to fold the case then it was with the type that has those plastic corners that the tablet snap into. The only issues I see are:The case does pick up oil, but not super easy. (However in 1 week I already have a few spots with light finger marks). When I open and close the case, I some times open the back side if I'm not looking, since it's just magnetically held together and feels very similar in several situations, but even if I open the wrong side it's still magnetically connected to the cases bottom half.I recommend this case, the pens very secure, the case is minimal in my hands, and the magnets work great.

Great case
My husband love this so far. He says it very sturdy and holds the tablet up really well. We would definitely buy again

Cheaper alternative
Works with all the functions as the name brand one but much more affordable. Has held up over the years. When first purchased the magnetic pen holder was very strong. That has eased up and does not hold the pen as well. Still a nice alternative

Very light and unobtrusive.
Very light, place for the pen that came with my tablet.Hard to believe it works - but the power of magnetism makes it all hang together.Would recommend.
