Great blend of herbs. Badia is usually pretty consistent with their products, so I'm happy that the quality isn't lacking with this blend, either. The herbs taste good, nice fragrance, and blend well, like you might expect. It was used in a ragu the other night and it turned out good. Do not treat this like Italian seasoning, go a little at a time and taste as you go. The flavor and fragrance is strong, so be careful. :) It'll last a long time hopefully. No issues in the freshness, it had a good seal and I haven't seen any abnormalities in the blend (so far).

This is a delicious herb seasoning to add to many different dishes, soup stews, and even Baked potatoes that are cut into wedges. A delicious blend of French flavors. I heard of this herb blend once on a cooking show and thought I would give it a try, it has become one of my favorites. and the size and price is fantastic.

Fabulous herb mix including lavender among the herbs, this is bargain priced for the size jar you get. Furthermore it can make the dullest of baked chicken breasts ( or any other parts or other meats) into a fabulous smelling delicious and delicately seasoned event, worthy of any gastronomic snob.

Herbes De Provence is a wonderful blend of herbs from Provence which greatly enhance roast chicken or pork. Also great in tomato season for adding to chopped fresh tomatoes and baking to produce a superb sauce. Added to roast potatoes this herb blend is outstanding.

It's a BIG size and so fresh. I get to use it liberally and may gift some too. I've made boneless skinless chicken breast in the air fryer. Spritzed with olive oil, sprinkled garlic powder ( not really needed) and THIS WONDERFUL SEASONING. I'm obsessed. Paired with Cajon seasoned black beans and white rice. Quite the party on my taste buds. Searched recipes, very versatile. I think it would be great on salads too. The container was perfectly sealed and clean. I will definitely buy products again from this company.

I discovered this seasoning during a dinner party at a local high school. The French class was raising funds for a trip to Paris and I wanted to support them. The seasoning was used on roasted potatoes. The flavor was so delicious and unfamiliar I had to ask the chef what it was. After the dinner party, I immediately went to purchase it and it has been a part of my culinary journey since! If you’ve never had it I can describe it as a more savory blend of Italian seasoning with a twist due to the thyme and lavender. It smells amazing when cooking! I use this on meat, veggies, rice, and potatoes. Excellent on home fries with peppers and onions! The price is decent as it will last a long time. However, before the pandemic, I would buy this same size at Price Rite for $6.99. I can no longer find it there so Amazon it is. I’m so glad I found it here!

This is a perfect blend of herbs. And a considerable deal.

Item arrived when seller said it would. Haven’t tried it yet but am looking forward to using it on the rack of pork that I purchased. Seamed to be a little expensive but I hope it’s worth it.
