Overall, this chair has been working well for me. The fabric is comfortable and breathable, and the seat cushion provides decent support for long sitting sessions. It’s comfortable enough for both work and gaming. The backrest and headrest offer good support, and the footrest is a nice extra to have when taking breaks. Assembly was straightforward and didn’t take too long. Everything feels stable once put together. For the price, the quality is solid and meets my expectations. It’s not perfect, but it does the job and feels comfortable for everyday use.

This chair feels like you're sitting on a high-quality, supportive mattress. There are no painful pressure points, you never feel the hard base underneath, and even after an all-day session, it feels just as supportive as when I first sat down. This cloth fabric is breathable, soft, and stays comfortable for hours on end. No more peeling myself off the chair. The Footrest: I thought it would be a gimmick, but being able to kick my feet up between matches or while watching a long cutscene makes a massive difference in preventing leg fatigue. The Lumbar Massage: The pillow provides great lower back support on its own, but the simple vibration massage is a fantastic bonus. It genuinely helps to loosen up my lower back and prevent the stiffness that used to plague me. Overall this is a decent chair and I think worth the value. But it was not right for my needs so I returned it. First of all, it is small-medium size. I posted a picture because a lot of folks claimed it was small but I saw no photos of an adult male sitting in one. I am 5’11” and 160 lbs. It is just wide enough for me to be comfortable but if I was overweight it would feel tight. My main concern was with the height. As another reviewer mentioned, taller adults will have to mount the head pillow on top of the chair and not through the holes where it is designed. With this modification it is barely big enough for me. If I was any taller I’d say no way. The sturdiness of the chair is a 7/10. I didn’t have any squeaks like others mentioned but the arm rests did seem a little wobbly. The chair felt sturdy enough for me but it is lighter duty. If someone was over 200lbs it might feel pretty marginal. I think if I kept it I would have to baby it. Such as not plop down in it too hard and just treat it delicately. Comfort was okay. The lower seat is stiff but others report a break in period. I did not keep it long enough to find out. It does seem like there is enough padding there but it is just stiff padding. So those claims have merit I think. The back has little padding and the lumbar pillow and neck pillow would be mandatory IMO. Without the lumbar pillow your lower back would ache immensely because it has a concave design there. Without the neck pillow the seat back is just too stiff. But I think this is expected of gaming chairs. The instructions are clear and it should not take you more than 30 minutes to assemble. Overall Dowinx seems like a very reputable company. Everything seems very professional. The color is beautiful and the material feels great. That’s the only thing that made it hard to return. If it was bigger and had a little more padding in the back, I would have kept it. The four star review is mostly because I think it is smaller than it should be and in the photos it looks like it would fit an adult male easily. I really wanted to like this chair and I can tolerate it, but in a few months I feel I would regret not having more room to relax in it. It barely fits my body. I hope my review helps others trying to make a decision and struggling with the same concerns.

Gaming chair delivered as promised and with all parts. Instructions clear, 15 year old assembled chair without difficulty. Chair has been in use for a couple weeks now & he is very pleased with comfort/support and quality. Easily adjusts for comfort & height. He is 5’7” & weighs 140#. Chair looks nice in his bedroom.

I’ve been using this chair for a bit now, and honestly it’s way more comfortable than I expected. The chair feels sturdy, and assembly was easy.

The chair is OK. It is comfy to sit in and it functions as it should. The lumbar pillow and the arm rests are prone to becoming flattened due to repeated use. I noticed the arms sagging after about a week of use. I have also had issues with keeping the chair sturdy- the back tends to come lose and I have to repeatedly tighten it. I also had to remove the vibrator from the lumbar pillow, as once it started to go flat, it became rather uncomfortable to sit with. The good news is, the back and bottom of the chair have had no issues, as far as comfort goes.

Edit: It’s now 14 months later and I’m about 50 pounds under the recommended weight limit, and 14 months later this chair’s Gas Cyclinder snapped on me and it’s now permanently bent backwards. Trying to get into contact with support but haven’t received word in 2 days now from their official website. So be weary when buying this chair, it is comfortable and I wish I could sit in it still, but the gas cyclinder broke (the thing that you use to recline adjust up or down) so this ain’t something I can fix on my own. I ordered my chair and it Shipped pretty damn quick, my only issue is, and I’m pretty sure it’s just my local USPS’ problem, but I had to go pick it up myself after 2 days of them refusing to deliver it. So the chair itself, The armrests are absolutely amazing, the chair’s quality is amazing, I don’t slide around on the chair, the cloth is nice and gentle. I’m 5’10 and the headrest pillow is just slightly below my head, but it feels fine. The assembly was pretty easy, the booklet you get with it seems big, but it’s just different Languages, it initially frightened me until I found out, it’s only like 2 pages of assembly, and it’s idiot-proof, I have little faith in my ability to accurately put something together, and I did fine for this chair lol I’m a bit of a chubby guy, and I still have a bit of room when sitting down to lean to the side or something, the chair fits like a glove that isn’t overly tight or anything like that, genuinely have no issues with the fit of the chair The sturdiness is a little questionable I’d say, I went back and forth and tightened everything I’d felt like I needed to, and I’m not sure if it’s a feature or an error, but like I said, I can lean to the side some in the chair, but when I do, if I’m pushing against the back rest, it’ll kinda come with me I guess you could say, I don’t think it’s gonna break off or anything like that, but I’ve tightened the screws several times, nothing I could’ve done, so I hope it’s a feature Performance is incredibly good. It sits real high or real low, my desk is a higher wood desk, and it sits me real high up at the highest setting below the chair, I actually have to look down at that setting to see my monitor lol I personally have not tried the Recliner, but I do have a small issue with it, so when I sit, it is right at the edge of my chair, by no means is it in my way, but I typically like to put my legs under my chair when I’m sitting, with this chair it’s rather difficult since the footrest when not used is right below me. It also is a little crooked itself when it comes assembled, at least Mine was, nothing I assembled, just how it came. But even with that, it’s not a glaring issue at all Value for Money? Do it. If you’re gonna splurge on something probably gonna be spending a LOT of time in like myself, wether it be for gaming or work or what have you, this chair is worth it 100%. I originally didn’t plan to spend more than like $130 on a new gaming chair, but I’m glad I bought this chair, and I’m confident you will be too.
