I wanted to warn ppl about about wearing electronic watches in the water. I've had my pace 2 for 3 years (only 2 year warranty, now I bought a 3 year warranty for pace 3) and I am a full time swim teacher and swimmer and always wear my watch in the pools or ocean daily. That being said, just like my first Garmin watch (that one exploded while charging years ago and I never complained to the company) don't expect the watches to last many years. I tried contacting coros but they never got back to me about my pace 2 dying so I decided to buy this watch again but the new version pace 3 so hopefully I didn't make a mistake but theres only so many good electronic watches out there that are reasonably cheap so that's why I bought this one again. I always take my watch off during showers, baths and jacuuzis cuz of the hot water so that's when I took it off and to charge obviously. Also this pace 3 didn't come with the protective charging backing like the last one so I'm using my old one and buying protective glass as well since I tend to be a rough person sometimes doing things so I end up hitting the screen a lot so recommend that as well if you're like me! Also my last pace the silicone straps broke apart eventually so I had to buy new bands so just fyi on that as well and they get grimey if you dont deep clean the straps sometimes with alcohol from time to time! My last pace didn't sync up with 3rd party apps like strava too so hopefully pace 3 is a better version and will update this review if needed. Update: After over a week, coros got back to me but it was too late. They offered me a partial refund and replacement if I returned old watch thru their website but they took too long to tell me that so I already bought this one here so now you guys know, wait til they contact you and they might give you partial refunds and replacements if watch breaks fyi...

I've been using the COROS PACE 3 for a week now and previously owned an Apple Watch. I was considering Garmin, but after some research and advice from my running coach, I decided to go with COROS. First impressions: the watch doesn’t have that premium feel like some high-end sport watches; it looks a bit toy-like at first glance. However, once I started using it, I realized it serves its purpose exceptionally well. The GPS is very accurate, and the watch is easy to navigate. It also offers fantastic insights into my runs, including metrics like effort levels. One standout feature is the wellness tracking—it monitors heart rate, HRV, stress levels, breathing rate, and SpO2. My only wish is for a larger and brighter display, but if you’re on a budget and looking for a reliable, feature-packed watch, the COROS PACE 3 is a great option.
