This is a non-electronic Lightsaber as mentioned in the "About this item" under "Product details"
I'm still giving this a 5-out-of-5 even though it doesn't light up and after looking at some youtube videos I can clearly see why as the one piece that houses the batteries isn't included in this actual model and considering the price of this particular model I guess it makes sense. Not to mention that I just now confirmed in the description where it indicates "CREATE THEIR OWN LIGHTSABER: This non-electronic Lightsaber toy is comprised of four parts - the 5th again is the battery assembly which isn't included making this a NON-ELECTRONIC-LIT-LIGHTSABER.

Una spada laser che non si illumina, NON è una spada laser. Soldi buttati.
Delusione totale. Spada completamente inutile: niente luci, niente suoni. Non abbiamo fatto il reso solo perché il bambino, dopo averla aperta, si era già affezionato e non voleva separarsene. Ma sinceramente, non la ricomprerei mai.
