I have been taking these capsules for 6 months after this brand was recommended to me by my primary physician. I HIGHLY recommend them. ***One note: make EXTRA sure to do your research/talk to your doc about the right dosage for you!*** My body needed double the daily dosage from the recommendations on the bottle. It takes time (months) so don’t expect a quick fix, but combined with a healthy diet and exercise these make a huge difference in cycle regulation.

So far taking this product has helped me get my period back on a regular cycle. I was skipping a month and my OGBYN recommended this product to me. The only downsize of this product is how big the pills are, but I can just easily swallow them with taking big sips of water. If you're looking for something not on the expensive side, then I think thirty bucks is good value for the money you'll be spending on this product.

This supplement helped me so much. I have pcos and it helped me to get my periods regulated to where I am having them every 30 days. That has never been my life until now.

I’m not sure if I’m even ready to make a review just yet because I’ve only taken it for 2 days, but in the two days it has already help me shed my lining. Which I am so grateful for because if you’re a women with irregular periods you know exactly how it is when you have light ones and it last for like a day if that and it stops and then in a couple days it comes back and it’s all old blood. And it has helped me jumpstart mine just in a matter of two days, so far I think this product is helping me! Wish I could say more but hasent been that long yet!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I’ve been taking for about a month post partum and i already notice a huge difference. Less night sweats. My period started back up , and my moods have been more even keel and less all over the place! 10/10 recommend!

I used this product for 5 months. I love the brand but this product did not work for me. I have PCOS and my facial hair got thick and dark using this product. I felt fatigued, and my PCOS symptoms kept worsening. I switched back to Ovasitol and my symptoms improved within a couple of weeks. Apparently filters/ingredients in capsules may impact absorption, and Ovasitol doesn’t have any other ingredients.

I’ve been using this supplement for a few weeks now, and I’m already noticing a difference. The 40:1 ratio of Myo-Inositol and D-Chiro Inositol seems to be the sweet spot for me. It’s been helping with my hormonal balance, and I feel more in tune with my body. I have PCOS and this is really helping regulate my cycle.
