Will this lift a house?

Newhai hydraulic ram jack can be used to lift houses. However, please note that it is a little difficult to synchronise the different jacks on different positions when lifting a house, which may lead to unbalance loading.

Is it designed to operate so slow? It is powerful but hardly moves with each pump. I hardly feel any pressure on the handle, but it does lift.
