I initially bought a different brand from a local Chinese grocery store, a Shanghainese one that came in ball form, but it wasn’t as sweet as this one, and I had trouble crushing the balls into powers. As someone new to rice wine brewing, I’ve had great success using this powder twice now, always producing a sweet, fragrant wine. It’s so easy to make that I won’t be buying pre-packaged rice wine again! One thing to note: this one might be too sweet for those who prefer a stronger alcohol taste.

This is my first time making rice wine, and the fermentation starter worked well. The shipping took over a month, and the tracking information wasn't very helpful. However, since I got free shipping, I can't complain too much.

It took almost a month to arrive Product was already one year old with 6 months left before expiration date, I wonder why the seller wasn’t willing to ship fresh ones And I used half packet to make 酒酿，it didn’t ferminate, kind of failed

I bought too few items; the product is completely different from the picture. I haven't used it yet, so I'm very dissatisfied and wouldn't recommend it.
